Meditation Mentoring for Individuals, Couples, & Families
I work collaboratively to design a program that is responsive to your needs, goals, lifestyle, and home environment. All sessions are held weekly for 45 minutes. An initial 6-session commitment is recommended.
All sessions are currently conducted remotely via video conferencing.
A specially designed meditation program can include some combination of the following:

- A complimentary phone consultation
- Introduction to Mindfulness, including practice in the Four Foundations:
- breath
- sensation
- mind
- all-encompassing
- Lovingkindness meditation
- Meditation practices for increased compassion for self and others
- Visualization practices that build upon one's innate positive, prosocial, relationship building capacities
- Dyadic, experiential activities to enhance communication, attunement, and listening between family members
- Ongoing dialogue and further resources to bolster the benefits of mindfulness & contemplative practices in everyday life
